Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns or exchanges and because of our quick turn around time, once a shipping label is printed, you cannot cancel your order. Once a package leaves us, it is out of our hands. All orders are thoroughly packed with all precautions taken to keep your order safe. If your package gets lost, is stolen after delivery, or you have damaged products, please have a screenshot copy of your receipt from us, take a thorough video and pictures of your package and its contents & file a claim with USPS here (NOTE: All Priority packages include a $100 insurance policy to cover you and your purchase): https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm Once you have filed your claim, please email us at ncfizzytreats@gmail.com with your claim number and video/photos. We will contact USPS and get the process started.
