How Long Before My Order Ships?
NC Fizzy Treats Bath & Body ships orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. All orders are shipped via USPS and we do not offer EXPRESS shipping. All packages are shipped via PRIORITY Shipping and arrive within 1-3 business days.
If you are ordering NC Nail Colour nail polishes or body/room sprays, these items will ship GROUND ONLY per USPS shipping guidelines. NC Fizzy Treats Bath & Body are not liable for any delays in shipments.
SHIPPING CHARGES/DAMAGES
When you place your order with us, you will notice that we have pre-set flat shipping fees, per weight range of packages. NC Fizzy Treats Bath & Body refunds the difference of your shipping charges, if any, after processing your order and shipping label. Your refund can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank/financial institution. We only offer "Priority Shipping" to ensure our products are handled with care.
